Overall not super pleased with our recent visit. Server was trying but forgetful. After waiting over an hour from ordering our food finally arrived and mine was hard on the sides and unbeatable while my dad’s meal was wrong so he had to wait even longer for his. The sides for him came out and he asked for ketchup from 2 people at least 4 times and by the time he got it the fries were cold and not enjoyable. By the time he got his food we were boxing up leftovers so he ended up finishing at home. We also had to ask for bread vs it being offered. While checking out my reward wasn’t actually applied to the bill but I didn’t want to deal with the headache and will send a separate email later.

Menu is almost too difficult to cater to individual preferences. However, the waitstaff will accommodate. At times ordering ala carte is best.

Only two things.. Zack and Kayla are gems to this enterprise!

Cracker Barrel has really gone down hill the service is bad and the food is worse I ordered fried chicken and it was so over cooked and from the day before that the skin was so hard I hit it on the table and it did not break and the chicken was so dry it was pulled away from the skin and I could not chew it. Very disappointing
