Bojangles - Hendersonville

I had a order of a sausage biscuit and bow rounds I asked for salt and ketchup at the window I asked four times for ketchup the boy wouldn't stop his conversation with his co-workers long enough to get it for me I get down the road and realize I've only got a sausage biscuit that is not wrapped, the rapping is just in the bag and the biscuit is all over the bag. No bow rounds. I go back they act like I shouldn't be upset about having to come all the way back to get the rest of my order and Not an I'm sorry or no kind of an apology. I had to come back almost 8 miles to get the rest of my order with not a word of an apology normally my experience is there is 50/50 sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad.

We stated our order loud and clear 2 times. It was half correct. The service was horrible. The workers seemed miserable and unhappy. And they couldn’t follow a simple order.

Stood there for 15 minutes after I paid for my food and the two female employees couldn 't tell me what I was waiting on because they were discussing how gangsta they were. A lady with her young daughter was standing at the register waiting to order for 10 minutes but the ladies were looking at their phones so didn 't notice so her and her daughter just finally gave up and left. Worst part is the little time manager lady just stood over at the drive thru area and watched the whole time but acted like she was to intimidated by the 2 awful employees to say anything. I must add that this was lunchtime and yet I had to wait on my chicken and my biscuits and not because they were busy either, just because the manager is not structured enough to do her job and discipline her terrible employees

Went to drive-thur workers at the window just chatting and not paying attention to customers orders i had to go inside cause half of my order was wrong how do you get a large dirty rice out of a gravy and a bbq sandwish out of a biscuit went inside and asked for a manager and the worker at the window say theres the lady with dirty rice and the manager offered me pies for the mess up and i said NO tell your workers to pay more attention and less chatting and customers were in the store when i said it your paying for your meals and you expect to get everything you order

Went through the drive through for a Cajun chicken biscuit. That was the worse excuse for a piece of chicken I've ever had! Wafer thin, tough, no chicken flavor. Had I been at the restaurant I would have returned it. What's going on Bojangles? Can you not supply chicken for the biscuits anymore? I would post a picture if I could. This wasn't worth $2 much less what they charged.
