Ziggi's Coffee - Henderson

We went in to get a cup of coffee and the employee said nothing to us, waited only for us to start our order. no hallo, good morning, nothing. The other employees looked less than enthusiastic, so this was not a big surprise. normally, if your order is done, the staff will bring it to them, beautiful and personal, not today. the group before us had their bucks to them over the counter where we paid. we have set ourselves to wait for our order, which was on the theke, waiting for us to come and after they called it out, at least half of it was ready. the other things were for the customer behind us, and they had to ask who the drink was because they did not hear the name that they called. the employee brought us the two remaining drinks. it is not that the service is so terrible (although the lack of hallo was quite unprofessional) it is that when they do what all the others do their customer service standards should put them apart. that gives men the reason to come. there are literally 9-10 other coffee spots within a 6 miles radius of this ziggis. coffee shops are not in short supply and bad customer service makes it easier to go somewhere else.

The personal was amazing! my hot chocolate was incredible (white chocolate hot chocolate with chocolate milk and carmel) we call it the sweet tooth until we can come with a better name for it? very recommended, excellent atmosphere and we will be back! many thanks ziggi’s coffee team for a difference in our day!

Once a week we keep at this place on the way to a date to get drinks and breakfast. Normally everything is great, but today both breakfast burritos were frozen in the middle.

Ziggi is for those who do not know now the fastest growing coffee chain, and I can understand why. I used to be an enthusiastic Starbucks coffeemaker. then the time came when I tried ziggis. much better experience! they are not limited in their taste options, especially if they are a sugar-free coffee mackerel. dieucks offered earlier sugar-free options, but very few. now they don't offer. at ziggi’s the options are quite numerous. we had to drink this one peanut butter that actually used peanut butter! but if they like the taste, but can not pb because of an allergy, an option they have is a pb sirup. their coffees are wonderful and the staff is super friendly. Moreover, the atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy, just what they want. this place I would highly recommend if not in future an exclusive coffee community for them.

Staff is always fast and friendly. Obsessed with them red bull infusions! Seriously, try one!
