Bidrage med feedbackWhile we knew it was an evening order, and items may not be available, we would rather have canceled the order than pay for the food we received tonight. A 4-square inch piece of meat served as my husbands "half-rack" and my Stuffed Rib Eye Quesadilla was filled with dried, rubbery meat and cheese only. No sour cream, no guac, a dried side of lettuce and day-old ? side of rice.
The rice was undercooked, and the portion size was smaller than expected based on the picture and price. Some items were missing from the order. I won’t be using DoorDash again.
I found the shrimp to be tough and overcooked, and the mac and cheese was missing entirely. There were no utensils or napkins provided, and the mozzarella sticks were overcooked as well. I spent $94 on my meal, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t good. We couldn’t eat the shrimp or the mozzarella sticks, and the fries had no salt or seasoning. I'm really dissatisfied with my experience and would like a refund.
I was missing nearly half of my order, including my main course. I only received an appetizer, a dessert, and a side. The restaurant didn't call to inform me that items were out of stock; they just sent my incredibly friendly DoorDash driver with only three items. I had to contact customer service to get a refund.
The food was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the salad bar! Our group consisted of 10 adults and a baby, and our server was incredibly attentive, providing excellent service throughout our visit. She was also very accommodating in assisting us with the baby. Our meals arrived promptly and were served hot.
