Bidrage med feedbackOrdered for pick up, order was wrong and shakes were liquid. Not the first time this has happened at this location.
This review could be purely based on the service. Now I 'm not sure if I was being punked, or that was the genuine disposition of the two young men working tonight, but either way, it rocked. Sarcastic or not, I appreciated the emphatic greeting. The sandwich was ready by the time we arrived, as it was an online order. Super quick and efficient, and cherry, as you would have it.The sandwich though- it 's why we go to Potbelly. These guys understood the assignment when it came to the Lucky 7. Potbelly bread goes without saying, crunchy but still soft and just holds everything in- the best it can. The Lucky 7 should just be called the Meat Sweats/Food Coma. Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Mortadella, Capicola, Salami, Pepperoni, Provolone and then add whatever veggies you like, not excluding roasted red peppers, giardiniera, artichokes(! It 's absurd and a full meal for a pair of people. It was great and we will keep coming back.
Never again. This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery and the second time I paid for double cheese only to get NO CHEESE. I hate this place.
I've been going to Potbelly's in Chicago for about 15 years or more. Used to go to the original shop A LOT. Started up about the same time as Jimmy Johns. I've always preferred potbelly sandwiches.I highly recommend the turkey with provolone, add bacon. Simple. Rolled through the oven to become nice and crispy and hot, and then covered with lettuce and any other goodies you like. If you like it a little spicy, make sure that you get their homebrewed peppers in olive oil on top. Truly fantastic. The big pickles are cheap and great, and the chips they make are very tasty. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in Vegas area. I still love cheba Hut who also krispies up their sandwiches in an oven. Jersey Mike's would be my second favorite. I would put Potbelly's up there with all of these. There are a few slight differences in the menu between here and Chicago. I thought the shake was a little bit too thin here, and I was surprised at the high cost of the shake. It seems like they are a lot cheaper in Chicago (first place I stopped when I went back to Chicago was Potbelly's about 5 months ago! . This particular store made up for the thin shake by piling on almost twice as much turkey as I ever got in Chicago. Very nice! Most of the stores in Chicago have a little platform where local musicians can come and play for tips.Get the chocolate and Oreo shake and ask them to make it extra thick. The wreck sandwich and the meatball are both fantastic. Sugar cookie is fantastic.Parking: Easy.Kid-friendliness: Very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy
My first time here and i was very disappointed by this place. Walked in and expected at least a good sandwich. Ordered the Pizza Meatball sub. Not a bad sandwich, but not that great either. And I just can't get around the fact that they couldn't take cash. So, I ended up leaving $20 in the tip jar cause I had no change, and I didn't want to just leave without paying. Curiosity killed the cat. Never again .
