Pho Mailan - Henderson

So I stopped here last minute to see how the soup was. I tried the bun bo huey soup. I noticed that the the broth was not as red as I'm used to and the lemon grass flavor wasn't as pronounced. Im going to go out in a limb and assume that they use another broth type and just use a bun bo huey flavoring mixed in before they serve. Which is fine, but not what I was looking for. Also the bathrooms were not the cleanest here. I gave 2 stars mainly because of the poor bathroom quality and the fact that I was not served a real bowl of bun bo huey.....

Limited to 27 dine in customers. Masks and social distancing required based on signs at door. Almost everything there was good. (Lettuce to wrap egg rolls tasted like dirty dish soap water. I don't send food back as I've witnessed revenge from kitchen staff when I worked in the fast food industry. Dine in order: Egg rolls 3/5 Shrimp Pork fried rice 5/5 hit the spot! Pho Gai 5/5 Pho Dac Biet combination 5/5 tasty bone broth! Hot Coffee with sweetened condensed milk 5/5 To go order: Ban mi thit nuong (trying this later on tonight Dine in Family dinner for us. We arrived approximately 4:30 p.m. on 12/29/2020. We were greeted cordially by the staff and given a high chair for our baby. The nice lady who took our order was masked and gloved. Our order was brought to us rather quickly and we were able to enjoy our food without missing anything for anyone at our table. We asked the server if she could give us a small amount of bean sprouts vs a big serving and she did. We as a family are thankful for the service received by this restaurant. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Been here a couple of times visiting the LV area. This place hasn't disappointed me with delicious Pho and Banh Mi. Dine in was recently reopened with limited seating. At the time of my most recent visit, I was with a party of 5 and there was one other patron in the establishment. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. It was great to meet with them again. Ordered the banh mi beef and it was delicious! The veggies fresh, the bread crunchy, and of course enjoyed some heat from the jalapeños. Simple delicious.

Pho MaiLan is located on South Eastern in Henderson NV just south of Horizon ridge. It is located in a strip mall on the west side of the road just south of Coronado and Lees discount liquors. There is a special on Chicken Pho Bowls currently, small is $5.99 and a large is $6.99. I was greeted at the door by a female employee washing the windows and Then promptly seated by a male employee. I ordered summer rolls to start, as that is a personal favorite of mine. I also ordered the small chicken Pho bowl. The summer rolls were delivered quickly with a small bowl of peanut sauce. The summer rolls were fresh, and there was an abundance of shrimp inside. The thick peanut sauce was very tasty and complemented the summer rolls quite nicely. Overall, a great way to start the meal. Next came the special chicken pho bowl. It was delivered piping hot with a side of greens, bean sprouts, jalapeño slices and lime wedges. The broth was reminiscent of Miso broth, and it was delicious. The Chicken was tender with the exception of one piece that was slightly rubbery and tough. Overall however; a delicious bowl of pho. The decor is very nice and there is ample table seating inside the dining area. The wait staff was prompt, however after 3 visits to the table the water was never refilled. After I paid the check, the female employee that I first encountered offered more water, however I was done and needed to leave. Overall the food was good and the service was good. I will dine here again and try sone of the other menu items at a later date. I left with a full belly, and felt I had received a good deal on my dining purchase.
