The food is good, but the wait times at this McDonald's are terrible. It's a shame that the first McDonald's after the basin is so understaffed. There's a high school just three miles away, so if they can't find workers, they should consider paying them more. The management at this location is not good. Overall rating: Food 5/5, Service 1/5.

The service at this restaurant has been consistently terrible in the last three months. Today, on a Saturday, they were out of coffee, orange juice, and ice in the vending machine. The drive-thru window even spilled food on the side of the building. There was total confusion among the employees, with mixed up orders. It seemed like they needed supervision from McDonald's. The staff gave forced smiles instead of showing a genuine desire to be there. This was a breakfast meal, with a price per person of $10-20.

I stopped by to get food but was told to wait 'one moment' and then never heard from the waitress again, so I ended up just leaving. I wouldn't recommend stopping at this location. Service rating: 1/5.

I 've simply ordered fries and a pop on curbside, and I got there. The McDonald 's app told me that it would be done in 2-6 minutes so I waited, waited, and waited for twenty minutes. It never came so I went inside, didn 't see my order and the app says it was ready since i got Enjoy and Relax notification on my phone. so I walked in and waited for ten minutes while everyone else got their food. After 30 minutes of waiting, i eventually walked out and never got my order.
