Bidrage med feedbackOrdered pizza to be delivered and it gave me a 44 minute delivery time. It didn?t even show up 2 hours later! I called and they said they don?t have enough delivery drivers. Don?t try to get delivery from them anytime soon
Food is good but i hate that it takes them long to answer i have tried calling them several time and this is the 6th time inna row ive called them today and they have not picked 1 single call uo,horrible.
Ready when promised. Amazing as usual. The. Pizza was hot and just as ordered. We like the hand tossed crust. It still had a bit of a crispy texture , which I love alongwith their special seasonings. I couldn't help myself and ate 2 pieces before wecould get home. Best pizza hands down.
Food is always good, we always get a variety of items and just everybody picks off of it. I would not suggest getting the cheese dip as it was absolutely horrible. It had butter in a liquid layer on top of it and had been burnt into the pan. However theywere extremely quick and had the food to us within about 15 to 20 minutes of ordering it. The delivery person was on point andvery polite. Overall a very good experience.
I placed an order online, after looking at Pizza Hut and them visibly showing me on their website that they were sold out of certain things. After I placed my order, someone called to inform me that they, too, were sold out of anything Alfredo. I'm notItalian. I don't know how it's made. I asked for another dish, being put on the spot, I didn't read if anything else hadAlfredo, I just asked. Whoever answered me then decided to be condescending by aggressively stating again that they didn't haveAlfredo. I'll admit that I'm tired, and the kids are asking tons of questions, I'm frustrated, and I'm just trying to get thisordered. But to be talked to by someone I'm trying to give my money to, just made you lose it all. There's such a thing as aCustomer Experience, and it matters. Good night.
