Arby's Restaurant - Henderson

The wait time was extremely long. It seemed like the location was understaffed, which makes sense considering all the work the staff does for less than appropriate wages. Companies such as Arby's need to learn how to value their employees and compensatethem appropriately in order to better retain and recruit the clearly necessary manpower. It doesn't matter that Arby's hasplenty fantastic food items if they don't value their employees. Sorry, rant over.

The people are friendly! I just believe that if you are gong to pay 12 dollars on one meal I should get a full thing of curly fries not crumbs. Other than that... it was good. These pics were taken before I started eating.

Food was sloppily prepared. Fries tasted old. Milkshake gave me some sort of weird allergy reaction. Arby's is normally pretty hit and miss, and this was a miss. Granted it was not peak hours.

Food was good. Employees were nice and friendly. Service was quick. The self serve soda machine was not working properly and they were aware but had no sign saying out of order. A regular customer there said it had been broken for the past 2 weeks. (Iwas on that side of town for a game)

Arby's is always good you can't go wrong with Arby's except that this location unlike every other location in California Nevada and Arizona has no idea what a meat mountain is. I've been every location in Vegas cuz I drive a lot and I've been to quite afew in California and Arizona and Utah as well and they all still sell the meat Mountain just said you have to get the cashierto rummage through the register until they find it in some back menu somewhere where all the stuff sits that they stilltechnically sell but it's not on the menu board. So I wish they would realize that it's still available and Arby's still sellsit even if it's not on the menu anymore. Other than that though you can't go wrong with their food always good. This locationdid seem to have a lot of extra stuff they were tossing out so they do need to work on their communication a little better Ithink but hey you know there was some new employees there and stuff so you can't knock them for that and I'd rather have my foodfresh so I'm okay that it takes a little longer than if you were to go to some other fast food chain. All in all good they justneed to learn about the secret menu of items that they can still sell
