I have been working across the street from this bagel shop for about six months, and today was my first time visiting. I called ahead to place my order, and the man on the phone was very polite. A few minutes later, when I arrived, I was warmly greeted by an older gentleman. Although I had to wait a little longer for my sandwich, it was well worth it! My sandwich arrived steaming hot, the eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was just the right amount of crispiness as I'd requested, and the croissant was toasted beautifully. I also picked up some snacks, and the total was much less than I had anticipated. The deli next door charged me the same price for a similar sandwich and just one bag of chips. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning more often!

Be-Bop Bagel is a cozy spot for comfort food, conveniently located for business meetings and grab-and-go meals. It offers a great selection to satisfy various tastes. However, my experience this morning was a bit different. It seems the place is in the midst of much-needed upgrades and renovations. The interior boasts a fresh coat of paint and improved lighting, while the backboard and backsplash now have a more earthy and natural look. Even the accessible bathroom has received some upgrades and better labeling. However, it's clear that more work is needed, especially with two large 18-wheeler trucks parked outside, fully loaded with food deliveries.

The food was not fresh, and they served customers without masks. I won’t be returning; it doesn’t feel like a safe environment.
