Baskin-robbins - Hempstead

Driven thru many times, only once did they get my order correct. I'm flexible and will not usually complain for something minor but, the kids that work there don't have a clue. So if you order a cone u get a cup I ordered cookies and cream and got pistachio. c'est la vie.

If you 're craving a nice thick milkshake with the yummiest ice cream don 't come here. Was craving a pralines and cream milkshake and got a cookies and cream as well for the husband, pulled up to the window to 2 medium cups filled with milk and maybe a scoop or 2 of ice cream. And the pralines and cream wasn 't even filled up to even consider it a medium as I was looking at it like wtf, the cashier knew I 'm not happy so she took it back and had the person re do it with out me even saying anything... thanks but again the milk with hardly ice cream milkshake , I feel like I 'm drinking flavored milk. I may give it another chance but I think I 'll find another location. I feel like the shakes are supposed to have whipped cream as well.. ?

When they make your shakes watch them some workers make them with ice(dragggg) some the regular way with milk &Ice cream...However the Ice cream selection is below average I usually go to the other ones near me, because they always have close to the 31 flavors!!! ?update: DD and Baskin and Robins have IMPROVED so much in the past year 2018-2020

Always a pleasant experience here. The people are friendly and always go out of their way to make me happy . The ice cream is always great and the service makes it even better!

I only use the drive thru but tea 5 star no problem there yet
