Antonious Pizza - Hemet

This was the worst pizza I've ever had! Additionally, the staff here are very rude compared to the location in Valle Vista. Don't expect any courtesy from the employees at this place. The pizza is also much better at the Valle Vista location. Overall, this business is really lacking in all aspects.

I called the shop and spoke with the person who made the pizza. He insisted that he was sure the pizza was properly made and couldn't help me with my complaint. I explained that the dough was raw and inedible, but he refused to remake it. I requested to speak with the manager, who was incredibly RUDE! He stated they wouldn't remake the pizza and even tried to insult me by saying that pizza is made with dough, not stones. I reiterated that the dough was raw and offered to bring it back. He dismissed my request, saying it was too difficult to cook it properly without burning it. When I asked for a refund, he flat-out refused, claiming we hadn't been wronged. At this point, he started yelling at me. I handed my phone to my husband, who tried to resolve the issue, but the manager's response was still NO! We spent over $70 at this place, and we will NEVER return. I strongly advise anyone reading this to learn from my experience and avoid this nightmare for yourselves.

I have fond memories of this place whenever I visit my father in Hemet. One time, when he asked me what I wanted to eat, I immediately said pizza from Antonio's. I absolutely love their extra cheese pizza, which I ordered for myself, while I got pepperoni for my dad. Even now, my dad still talks about how he enjoys that delicious extra cheese pizza!

I'd give him a five-star, but they almost never cut pizza. Always a story given to me. No Bueno! Have cut pizza as advertised in your window or take it down! I don't have a disc yet, and I'm a Tordasher! I'm buying all the pizza, but I'm going to Diamond's pizza. They're honoring their shop front ads!

Best pizza I've had. Antipasta salad was awesome. Had the all meat pizza. Yummy. Iam coming back and ordering the meat ball sandwich and 20 piece chicken wings. The price was high but they give you alot. Its worth the money. Keep up the good job. Cya soon.
