Blackburger used to have the best hamburgers in Helsinki when it was a simple diner by the railway station. The big, juicy burgers were stacked with veggies. However, in their new location, the thin patties with minimal veggies are a big disappointment. It seems like shrinkflation has taken place. The new location is very nice, but the quality of the burgers has decreased.

Despite some of the bad reviews about their burgers, I found their burgers tasty. Yes the service was slow but they were very busy on a Sunday evening. It was a cool sunny Sunday evening and very crowded restaurant. I was offered seat inside/out. I noticed most people ordering Burgers. I followed them too. Unlike some reviews, the waitress was very polite. I am satisfied and recommend them.

The hamburgers were tasty, but the service was terrible. Our starter drinks arrived at the same time as our food, and our wine came after that. Additionally, there was conflicting music playing inside, with two different tunes at the same time, creating an unpleasant cacophony. Outside, there was a third type of music playing as well.

Good food and nice atmosphere and good staff. It was really nice positive surprise. I can recommend it.

Food is very good. The people who work there are incredibly rude and when they make a mistake (which is almost every time I order from them) they act like it's no big deal and NEVER offer to correct it. You may wonder why I keep ordering. It's because the food is good and it's near my apartment. But I've had it with them and will not order again.
