Jugo - Helotes

First time here and I am coming back! I ordered the peach smoothie. I forgot the actual name, but it was delicious not too sweet with all natural ingredients. The staff (who I found out later was the manager) helped me to choose and checked to make sure I was enjoying the suggested drink. They have a modern, fun, atmosphere with healthy drinks and açaí bowls. I’m definitely coming back!

The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the 1Day detox. We also got a smoothie and it tasted fresh and super yummy.

The açaí tastes amazing, BUT they are so greedy about the quantity. They charge over $10 per 16 oz bowl after tax, but only fill half of that, AND there’s no granola. I really think that is stealing a customer’s money. At any other business, you can pay for the same size and get a way larger portion. Save your money if you are trying to get full off of one bowl. It never satisfies me when I come here. I really think they need to start taking into consideration that their competitors offer so much more in portion, for the same or lower price. I will add a picture of my half empty bowl.

Don’t order online if you’re in a hurry! Their online order app NEVER works. You call to let them know you’re there for curbside or pickup and they ALWAYS say “our system is down” sorry. And it still takes them forever to make it even when there are like no customers inside if their online system isn’t even working then what is taking so long? They’re busy not making anything. Management is super poor but their bowls and smoothies are still good lol. So if you have an hour to spare to wait then this place is perfect for you.

I was really looking forward to trying a smoothie from here but was never able to get one due to the horrible customer service. The young lady behind the counter was the only one there and was talking to her friends over serving customers. I was standing there for a couple minutes when she finally acknowledged me and told me she had five orders that just came in, but then was so slow in preparing the one order because she was talking the whole time to her friend on the other side of the counter. Disappointed to not be able to try a smoothie place so near me.
