Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

They were rude with me about when I came to pick up a mobile order. Said I need to give them at least 10 minutes to get it ready but I never complained so not sure what the issue was. They were just standing around talking and on their phones so I guess I inconvenienced them. Also I asked if the sauce I ordered for my chicken tenders was in there and the employee that was about to hand me my bag had to ask someone else behind him. The girl said yes so I thanked them and pulled up. Checked my bag and of course no sauce at all. So I drove back around and they shoved it in my hand as if again I was inconveniencing them by them having to do the job they're paid to do. I won't be back to this location in Helena Alabama ever again.

I usually have nothing bad to say about Zaxbys but tonight was one of the worst experiences customer service wise I have seen. I get up to the window and the girl at the window was joking around with the girls behind her cussing very loudly. She finally comes up to the window and hands me food that belongs to the people behind me so I tell her it?s not mine and she proceeded to say straight to my face ?oh sh*t my bad, what did you get??. Correct me if I?m wrong but under no circumstances should you ever cuss in front of or at a customer. It makes you look bad as a server.

My favorite is the Black and Bleu salad, except with colby jack cheese instead of the bleu cheese. Tomatoes and fried onions optional. Their spicy chicken sandwich is alright, but I feel like it would be better with a slice of cheese. Maybe I'll see if they can do that next time. The one I got also was a bit sparse on the sauce, probably should ask for some extra sauce on the side. Also the sandwich seems to come with fries and a drink unless you specifically ask for each of those things to be removed.
