We stopped in for some wine and appetizers. One of our wines was decent—the **** Pinot Noir—but the other one (the tap chardonnay) was disappointing. We ordered the charcuterie board and the seared ahi tuna. The board featured some inexpensive crackers and salami, a few slices of prosciutto, and three types of cheese—one of which was quite good—along with about six grapes, all for $30. Unfortunately, the ahi tuna lacked flavor. The restaurant aims for a high-end atmosphere and charges premium prices for the appetizers, but the quality simply does not align with the prices.
The wine selection here is quite intriguing, featuring great options from French, Italian, Spanish, and American vineyards, some with a unique twist and all of high quality. I began with a dry Riesling, followed by a Rosé GSM, and then enjoyed some excellent Bordeaux-style blends available from Hahn. I only wish I could visit more frequently to enjoy this place regularly!
