Brickhouse Burgers Pizza Pasta - Helen

This pizza is delicious. Toppings are put on generously and crust thick with a light crunch. The house marinade is tangy with spices. Atmosphere inside is laid back and relaxed. The ladies at the counter were polite and friendly. Seating is available outside with a nice deck.Food: 5/5

Food was not an issue, but one member of their staff ruined the visit/experience. There is a server with short PURPLE HAIR who consistently used a rude and derogatory tone with our group which included kids. We noticed it from the moment we entered. She was overly friendly with others customers of no color which then made us think she was low key racist. Her attitude and behavior took away from others who made a very decent effort to provide good service during our visit. I hope the management team reads this and uses it as a training opportunity for her. The money we spent at your restaurant was hard earned. All paying customers should be treated equal.

The food was amazing. I forgot to take a picture. The only thing is that it was so hot inside but that is a quick fix if admin take care of it. Overall, good place to get a burger. I got the Crispy Bourbon Chicken and my son and fiance got the Smokehouse Burger. Delicious!Food: 5/5

Family of 4 with picky eaters. We all loved it. Dad I got a meats pizza a side salad. Kids got a cheese pizza a chicken strip basket. Although one of the air conditioners was out so it wasn't as cool as we hoped it was still a great experience. Friendly staff, good food, we sat by the window so the kids could watch folks wall down the sidewalk. We will be back on our next trip.

They saved the day! Traveling with two toddlers is tough- especially when one is a picky eater. They actually had mac and cheese (only place in town we found).Their pizza was delicious!!! The mac was a toddler and adult favorite!We called at 6:40 on a Sunday nervous because they close at 7 and allowed the order. Lifesaver!!!Kid-friendliness: Best Mac and Cheese!
