We still don 't know whether the vegetables were frozen or not... Unfortunately, they didn 't have any taste here either. There was no sauce with it. Some of the veal livers were good and others tough. The regionality of the products is pointed out both on the website and in the restaurant. The fact that this goes hand in hand with slightly higher prices is self explanatory in my view and quite okay. But if I 'm served regional food that is only processed and not prepared in an original way (which is what gastronomy is all about , the price is no longer justified. Mit 14 Gault Millaut Punkte wurde der Traum wahr: das Gourmet Menü stellte sich zusammen aus 4 Vorgerichte, 2 Süppchen, Salat nach Wahl, 4 Hauptgericht und ein reichhaltiges Dessert Buffet. Bei und war es eine feine Vitello Tonato Lamm-Kanichen Garpacchio, eine raffinierte Riessling Cremesuppe, ein Rindsentrecote, butterzart mit einer Kräuterhaube, und das Dessert. Der Wein: ein 2012 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (Sangiovese und Cagnolio). Zusammen mit dem sehr freundlichem Personal eine 1A Erlebnis!
