Bidrage med feedbackExcellent buffet with different dishes (approx. 8 I believe) for the main course and a simple but good salad bar with a selection of a vegetable soup for our group of 16 (mixture of adults, some vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters). All very... happy. It was a birthday party, we had some aperitifs and snacks before lunch. Desserts very good, a great choice too. Excellent Cote du Rhone wine.
We wanted to try this restaurant several times, but every time we tried to book for a Saturday night, they were closed what became frustrating! We finally tried a Saturday dinner and the restaurant was open and served a buffet lunch. The food was... very nice, although some had no taste. Maybe because it was warm in buffet style. The service was welcoming and friendly, although our French are poor and the staff only spoke English. We can return to try the a la carte menu as this may be tastier because it is fresher.
Excellent traditional organic Franconian dishes served in a friendly atmosphere and at a very reasonable price. Perfect for Sunday dinner with children. Very recommended!
My wife and I visited this restaurant Sunday the 12.10.2014. We had a nice choice between meat and vegetarian dishes. She had fish and I had Vegetarian Surprise . We we 're both very satisfied with the quality of the food. The place it self reminds me...of the small cafés and restaurants in Christiania (Copenhagen . It 's a very interesting building made from sustainable materials and the atmosphere is a mix of hippie and futuristic. The concept makes me believe that it 's a new standard for future restaurants. We live in Basel (Switzerland and we still haven 't found decent restaurants here. We 're looking forward to go to the Biodome again. It 's just a short bike-trip across the border for us :
Finding a caterer that makes organic, not obvious? biodome is taking this challenge. On the occasion of a family holiday, we chose the catering solution. the proposals were varied and I was able to make a menu almost as I wished. We had:6 kinds of verrines for the aeroplane;Enter, melon at the porto, wraps stuffed with guacamole on a varied salad bed; Dish, cute calf of veal sauce with mushrooms, röstis, green beans in fagots, Provencal tomatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables (inbergines, peppers). ;dessert, lemon pie; everything was delivered at the agreed time, at good temperature. It was a feast and the quantities were generous.
