Spice Cottage Balti - Heckmondwike

The food at this restaurant was disappointing. It did not meet the standards I have experienced before. The only dish I enjoyed was the chicken Tikka. The onion Bhajis were dry and seemed to be filled with starch. The samosas were bland. The lamb curry had dry and rubbery meat, and the sauce lacked flavor and seemed watery. The quality has noticeably declined in my last two orders. I will not be ordering from here again.

The restaurant isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still decent. They forgot to include an item in our order, so I had to go back for it. Overall, I would give it 4 stars.

The delivery arrived earlier than estimated, the pizza was fantastic, my only criticism is that the fries were a bit overcooked.

Ordered from Deliveroo and never received my order. Spoke to staff and they were so rude and then hung up. Not the way to run a business.
