Poseidon's Pizza - Hebron

First time here they just opened last month so super excited to finally try it. Yummy stuff for sure. Planning on coming back. We highly recommend this spot.

I said I would give Poseidon a second chance. I don't see giving it a third chance. The outside crust (the edge) and the spicy sauce were the good. Disappointed that there was uncooked dough at the corner between the outside crust and the bottom, the chewy layer of cheese below the sauce resembled pasta, and the lack of fillings was unexpected. This is the thinnest Chicago style I have had. For $32.59, I expected more. This was a better experience than my first visitto a Poseidon location where somehow they were able to cook half of the pizza and not completely cook the other half.

Absolutely delicious, very impressed for a first time customer. Accidentally ordered it from the wrong location and waited till it was about to arrive before I figured out what had happened. Luckily, they just called the one closer and gave them my order and when I called to check it was already on its way from the other location. Awesome job, will be back.

Great food. The only issue is it's never open. I wish they could fix the staffing issue they are currently facing

Nasty cold pizza. Sometimes that happens. But three strikes and you're out. After a year of trying they were never able to redeem themselves. In fact they actually got consistently worse. The only reason I gave them more chances is because they kept sending coupons begging me to come back.
