Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Pizza is always great. And in a world where they're charging $20 for a single cooked pizza, Papa Murphy's is a great alternative. Easy to cook. Tastes great.

I hate doing negative reviews, but the order I placed online was supposed to be done exactly 1 hour ago, and I’m still here waiting for it.

The Heber location has seriously gone to hell since the remodel. The customer service is terrible. The quote times are excessively inaccurate. The pizzas look like y’all throw them together carelessly and half the time topping are either missing or wrong. Looking at the countertops where pizzas are made, there is a lot of waisted product that I’m sure is hurting your inventory. It’s my suggestion that further training for all your employees are needed. As a former manager of Papa John’s, I know y’all can make pizzas a whole lot better. I won’t be returning until improvements are made.

I am not a fan of the tipping process. no one waits on me, no one bakes me pizza. everytime i tip im disappointed for one reason or another. this time is happens to be onions that are hard loke they are old and have been sitting in the onion bin way too long. tips are for servers…. people who wait on you for an entire meal. I havnt even made it through one piece of pizza and i have had 3 hard thin pieces of onions.

Chicken Alfredo double crust pizza. Extremely soggy after it was baked. Just not good!!!
