Dairy Keen Home Of The Train - Heber

Food tastes like cardboard and is low quality. Used to be better quality but when I have tried it in the past couple of years it’s just really gone downhill.

We told the server (the one with the He/She/They hat pin) taking the order that my wife is hard of hearing and has to read her lips to understand her. She refused to remove her face mask, making it impossible for my wife to understand her if you are not going to hire people who are compliant with Americans With Disabilities Act, we will never be back nor will any of my family. Shame on that person taking the order. It was very frustrating for my wife.

Fun little local place. Even though it was a very busy time their staff was quick and efficient. We had burgers, fries and onion rings. The onion rings were especially delicious. Great place for kids as they have a train theme.

Great experience at this resturant. We were on our way home from a camping trip at strawberry reservoir and decided to stop here. They have so many great food options and is not expensive and is very celiac freindly, as the owner has it. Cool train goes around the resturant and kids love it. There are also a little train play area for your little ones and a harry potter train. We will be sure to stop here next time we come to cedar city!

Horrible service, always forgetting we are in line I guess, leaving us waiting for over 25 minutes until I call or stop someone coming out to give someone their food, throwing ranch with open lids in bags getting it on everything in the bag, very disorganized and rude staffing. Use to love this place but over the last little while it surely has gone down hill unfortunately.
