After my friend ordered and paid, we hit the red button again to let them know that I placed a mobile order. They didn't even understand what we were trying to tell them at first, but we finally got it through to them, and they said that they couldn't bring me my mobile order as well. Not sure why. I've done this at many Sonics before. She was also very short with us. I didn't receive my cheddar peppers in my order, and my friend didn't receive his fries in his. I get that they're busy, I've worked in food service for a decade now, but this was a lot for one visit.
