Bidrage med feedbackThis day my sub was made to perfection. While waiting for the maestro to bring the ensemble together there were many in line having friendly conversations. The pleasantries were many.
Ordered online. Everything was exactly as I ordered, except the salad dressing. I ordered regular dressing, but there was so much in the bowl I couldnt even eat it. Like I could ring the dressing out of the spinach. Probably wont order online again so I can see how much product is being used.
The hourly employees are great despite the fact they're overworked, underappreciated and not provided their legally mandated breaks. As a regular I'm disheartened by how these kids are treated. They do their best, but it may as well be slave labor with how they're treated. You have MINORS working here, give them their legal breaks.The younger employees are great and should honestly find better and leave management to drown. Please keep in mind while visiting that these are minors working long hours with no breaks and be kind. These are our kids, being taken advantage of by foreign business owners.

Never experienced such poor customer service at a subway every before. Firstly, there was no one at the subway counter let alone inside the store to serve any customers. I stood inside for 2 3 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back room but instead a guy with dreads came in from a parked car right in front of the store who was working there. I started to order and he pulls out his phone and starts texting assuming it was the other two girls who were also supposed to be working but saw them coming out of the same parked car that the guy did. The girls went on about how he shouldn’t have taken my order because I ordered more than 5 sandwiches and apparently the rule is that i should have called ahead for a “party order”. The fact that they were doing absolutely nothing and yet complaining about doing their job in front of a customer is pathetic. Their manager needs to reevaluate their employees because this was very disappointing and extremely disrespectful.
