Butchers Hook Cafe - Heathfield

We had trouble finding parking in the city and ended up on the outskirts, where we discovered this fantastic café. The menu was impressive, offering everything we desired, including delicious sausages, excellent coffee, and a delightful walnut cake. The prices were reasonable, the service was attentive, and the place was very clean. It’s a lovely spot to eat—definitely a must-visit!

My husband cooked a wonderful Mother's Day meal for me, him, and our two daughters today. The roast was fantastic, with three different cuts of lamb. The vegetables were fresh, not frozen, and everything was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we had a delicious treat that topped off the meal. Overall, it was excellent!

Very impressed by eating and service. good value for money. the ladies keep the place very clean. recommend them as a great stop and take the family there.

Food here is superb, a real step up from your average cafe. As a biker spot it has plenty parking, outside and indoor eating, my ‘go to’ in the area. Well worth the visit.
