Mcdonald's - Hearne

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered three burgers, and for one, I specifically asked for just ketchup while the others were to be fully loaded. However, when I got home, I discovered that all the burgers only had ketchup. To make matters worse, the fries were cold, and the meat was tough. I won’t be returning to this McDonald's again. Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.

The girl with braces who works the night shift is really attractive. I wish I had asked her name. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The drive thru takes a sharp curve IMMEDIATELY after the window so if you don’t turn your wheel hard to the right before you pull away you will hit the curb and mess up your rims, tire, or bumper. Bad design. For that alone I’ll never be back! Didn’t help that the staff was rude and never said thank you or smiled. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Food is 9 times out of 10 wrong and you have to send it back, I wouldn't recommend standing at the counter to order, you'll be ignored, the staff are never welcoming and don't seem to care! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
