I visited Totem Cafe for breakfast, which is conveniently located on the way to Denali National Park. It has a charming atmosphere and is a great spot to grab a coffee. I really enjoyed the falafel sandwich—it was delicious and a great value for the price. The soup was decent, and the service was also excellent.

This is a great spot in Healy to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and grab a beer. They offer a solid menu for a smaller establishment. I had the Mediterranean pita wraps with hummus and falafel, which were delicious. The pasta dishes were just average, but everything else I tried was quite tasty.
