Young Yonder Spirits - Healdsburg

Highly recommend this unique distillery experience a few blocks from downtown Healdsburg. Think craft distilled spirits with a twist. They have a 4 spirit tasting for 12 waived on purchase of a bottle . Unique are the lime vodka our favorite , absinthe verte and California Amaro. The absinthe has a lovely forward licorice when ice is added and is a perfect aperitif. The lime vodka is best straight up, might be one of the best infused vodkas we've ever tasted. They also offer a variety of snacks and a long list of bespoke and seasonal cocktails invented by the owners . The space is light and airy and you get a personal view of the elegant distillery equipment. The day we went the owner Josh was there and he took the time to walk us through the starting and evolution of his business. The staff was highly attentive and kind. A unique experience for sure in wine country!

Absolutely looove their spirits! Bartenders, servers, hosts are all knowledgeable and hospitable! Great drinks and great service...what more can you ask for!

Was meant to stop a cocktail and watch their offers. on Sunday afternoon I finally got off at the exit. super cool and covered lounge areas with an industrial hipster vibe. some people already enjoy cocktails while I went and immediately greeted with a hi and Welcome...very cool. look at their many of mixers and goodies for home bartending out on the display. I was sitting at the bar while the three ladies were fun and stayed for the talk. always a good thing. I decided to have a lime-vodka cocktail that was really 'summer in a glass'. after buying a few things for the home I went with a new job and looking at the rest of my day. super fun and cool moods with a great staff. see these as a great addition to our wineries and local funst scene.

LOh, I'm so happy we found this place!! Great tastings, great cocktails and great staff!! They staff is so welcoming, very professional and on the spot with drinks. We were just saying we didn't need any more wine clubs, so this worked in perfectly and we joined. I'm typically a bourbon guy. Recalled liked it, but I was blown away by the rye! The line vodka was also a huge standout. The absnth is a really tasty treat. They made a killer sazerac, great to end the day of wine tasting!

Coming from Hawai'i, we so appreciated the chill value in this cool warehouse style set up. The smell of the distillery and the chill vibe is really relaxing especially for us as we have been on the road so much. 14 for any 4 on the tasting menu. Its the best value for tryimg their vodka, bourbon, and herbaceous gin. My wahine travelling hui gave this place a two thumbs up! Go visit!
