Pizza Hut - Hazleton

On 6/2/2020 I ordered paid for a pizza from the West Hazleton location. After an hour I called to inquire where it was, I spoke to the manager who was rude totally clueless. He said oh, didn 't you get it ? Why would I be calling if I got it? He said well we 're closing now so I 'll just refund your card, it 'll take 3-4 days for you to see it credited back.What?? That 's it, no apology?? Then he hang-up on me. Wow great customer service Pizza Hut

Love the buffet at lunchtime, always a good variety. Service is always accommodating and pleasant. Lost a star because the handicap accessibility of the building is lacking, although the staff are very helpful. And, the bathroom desperately needs an update including lighting

Service was great! The pizza was good. A long time ago we use to stop in at pizza hut. After remembering how good it was, we asked why did we stop coming in. That won't happen again. Back on track, steady customers again!!!

We ordered our food for delivery and were told it would arrive in 30 minutes. However, it took an hour and a half to get to us. To make matters worse, they forgot half of our order. When we finally received the rest of it, one of the pizzas was completely undercooked. When we called to complain, the response was that we could just buy another pizza. The manager was unhelpful and quite rude.

After tonight, I wouldn't even give this restaurant one star if I had the choice. My husband and I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and chicken Alfredo, and it took over an hour to get our food, despite my husband calling in to check on the status. When we finally received our order, the pizza was dry, with a thin layer of sauce that you could barely taste. The crust was hard, the breadsticks were stale, and the chicken Alfredo was also dry on top. It definitely wasn't worth the $47 we paid.
