Bunkers Sports Bar Restaurant

The food was good, but I didn't realize that smoking was still permitted. Since we brought our daughter, we had to sit in the cold back room. Perhaps it was my oversight for not noticing that it was an adults-only space.

The hours listed are inaccurate. I drove a considerable distance to try the restaurant, only to find it closed.

I went with some friends to enjoy a live band, and I had a fantastic time. The bartender was friendly, and the owner was wonderful—very approachable and welcoming. I'm confident you'll enjoy your visit! The food is delicious, and it's definitely worth a try! For those who are vegetarian, they offer options that cater to your dietary needs.

Visited on the evening of 6.8.23. First off, the bartender was rude. I asked a question about a beer I was about to order, and she spoke to me as if I was unintelligent by her flippant attitude.The food was HORRIBLE! Ordered a Cobb salad with oysters on the side, they brought us a salad with pickled eggs. The service was mediocre at best. Waitress only spoke to my grown sons, even though I was paying the bill. She acted like me and my grand daughter were beneath her. I tried to get her attention, and my son got her attention, and I had to order a soft drink to her through my son. Beer was mediocre. The music was way too loud, and we couldn't have a decent conversation. We came to VA. Beach for vacation. Never will come back to THIS establishment.

Currently a limited menu and only had the wings, but we were impressed. Good size, not safety pin size, and not turkey leg size. Fried up just right, nice and crispy. The hot sauce was a traditional Buffalo style with a good punch of heat. The bleu cheese dressing was nice and chunky, and celery was fresh. For an old school corner bar, the place was very clean. Will definitely go back.
