I checked on Google Maps to make sure location was open Christmas Eve, said open until 8 PM. I went there around 5 or 5:30 to pickup my food. Door was locked and no employees around, however my card was charged. Eventually, I was told by an Indian man that the location closed at 5 PM (no signage to indicate this). I could not help but notice that my 2 sandwiches were already made; why not finish the frickin transaction then!!??? I don't know, I feel like this man thought he could steal my money on Christmas and eat my food for free. As it stands, I just want my $18.73 refunded to my card and to never do business with Subway again. As it stands, the brand's reputation is tarnished beyond repair in my eyes. You have until Thursday to respond to this email and take corrective actions before I settle it with my bank's fraud department. Ridiculous!!!

Visit here once a week most weeks, they know my order and always get me in and out with a great lunch.
Accidentally did a BOGO mobile order here of one of the sandwiches not a part of the deal, but they still gave it to me. Order was made on time and pick up was nice and easy. Sandwich also was good.
