This was my first visit since the lockdown, and I was really pleased with the service, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning soon. Price per person: £20–30. Food: 5/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5. Recommended dish: Steak and Ale Pie.

I dined at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. Although we had made a reservation, the place was surprisingly quiet. The food was excellent, particularly the Steak and Ale Pie! The cost per person ranged from £10 to £20. Overall, I would rate the food and service as 5 out of 5, while the atmosphere deserves a 3 out of 5.

Reserved a table for 14 of us at quite short notice and we were accommodated without fuss. The food was served quickly after ordering and was delivered to our table with a smile. I normally drink Two Hoots but this was not available, so we had the normal hand pulled bitter it was equally as nice and was well received by us all. All in all a great pub, lovely food, nice atmosphere and nice beers. Thanks for accommodating us. Rob Food: 5
