The service from Doordash is detestable, they didn't send the soda I ordered or the food I ordered, the spoiled beans and they only deliver the food on disposable plates without a security seal so that the disinherited will not have the food... simply. detestable

I give 3 stars because I don't agree that they take the tip without telling the customer. I always left a tip. Until now I realized that it was already included in the bill, I practically left a double tip and that bothered me. Good food, very bad service. They don't even bother to ask if you need anything else after they give you the food, as the waitresses already know who have already taken their 15% of tips, they no longer bother to ask if you need anything else. They don't deserve the 15% tip.

The worst . This lady was very rude.. and she gave me like half a glass of michelada... With only clamato.. and making me feel like stupid with other clients.... Very expensive . And rude... I won't go there anymore..

Excellent service in general, this is the second time I go and they treat us to super delicious micheladas. The shrimp are wonderful. You can feel the flavor of the garlic and lemon sealed in the grilled shrimp. I also fell in love with the delicious mole enchiladas. They had a lot of meat. and in particular the super friendly, attentive and good-natured server, every time she passed by, she asked us if everything was okay and we came back very happy and if we return we invite everyone who has not yet been there to come and try it, by the way, thank you Jazmín who told us served for being such a nice person more like you in all restaurants are needed

I give three stars because of the service. I dined in today to eat and have a nice drink . Upon arrival it’s not busy at all.Upon sitting down I got started with chips and salsa which was nice.I waited for a waitress who asked me if she can get me started with a drink.I then ordered a lemonade before I can say anything after that she rushed and went back towards the kitchen to go and get it.I waited for her to come back and then I ordered my meal that was to come with corn tortillas .She did the same exact thing heard one item and ran to the kitchen.. I didn’t even get to say “and a margarita” … 5 minutes go by and a different waitress circled back around to me and asked if I needed anything.I told her a margarita.My food came eventually and the 1st waitress made it seem like the meat was extremely hot.I took one bite and it was like warm not super hot like it normally it but warm enough to serve (not a big deal) I also ordered corn tortillas and got flour tortillas.My lemonade was not lemonade it was water with lemon squeeze no sugar what so ever they could’ve said we have sodas only and I would have been okay with that.Didn’t complain about service or foodTowards the end I asked for a to go box. She provided that . But no bag.As a courtesy I still tipped but due to service I won’t be back.Kind of wish I had the tall guy or older woman as my waitress as the one I had seemed scared of people or simply ready to go. I watched how they cared and took ownership of their tables as my waitress could use lots of work.Really sad because the environment and food is pretty good but service needs lots of work.
