Sansei - Hayward

Quick bite for lunch, ordered chicken and shrimp combo, the shrimp was very fresh, perfectly cooked, the staffs were very nice and quick service. Price was reasonable!Food: 5/5

Good potion sizes and flavor. Easily accessible in the Southland Mall food court. Service can use some improvement. Decent meal to fill you up.

Food was bland and full of sauce. It was hot but flavorless and the vegetables were dry and most likely very old. Not many restaurants in this mall. Very dilapidated.

This place is really a hit or miss. Sometimes you get such great food. I LOVVVE the teriyaki beef. Sometimes I'll come and get a great huge plate with tons of beef cooked to perfection. Sometimes I'll come and it'll be crappy with barely any beef on there. It's usually the same workers so I'm not sure why it's like that. It's one of my favorite places when it's cooked right.

There were no line here. not 1 person walked up to order during the minutes i was standing nearby. menu is just 2 chicken dishes on white rice, and 2 sushi rolls. no food seen in the steam table. no attendant standing in front to make the food. my tummy asked me not to order anything here. so i didn't. ordered charley's philly next to them which had a line a grill man cooking in front.
