Jamba - Hayward

I have been getting smoothies and fresh juices from this restaurant for a few months now, and they are always excellent! Yesterday, I went in for fresh orange juice but they were out for the day. The manager and one of the employees went above and beyond to make me a fresh cup. I was extremely pleased and grateful for their kind gesture, as I know it meant extra work for them. The staff at this restaurant are professional, friendly, and skilled at their jobs. Thank you again! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this restaurant about three weeks ago and had a terrible experience. It was very disorganized and unprofessional, with staff talking and laughing and one employee even cursing because he didn't want to make my Pitaya bowls, despite me ordering two. I had to ask the young lady who rang me up to make them, but they had limited supplies. To make matters worse, they gave me the bowls without tops, just wrapped in aluminum foil that was not secured properly. The bowls were awful and I did not enjoy them at all. I ended up throwing them away and feel like I should get a refund just for the experience. This restaurant needs to do better if they want to keep customers.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant through their website and it was a bit challenging to read the two drinks listed on the receipt or device they used. The delivery driver made the effort to bring the order all the way to my location, so I still gave him a $10 tip for the drive. In the end, I paid a total of $35 for one large drink. Horrible customer service. Cashier act like she hard of understanding simple orders. Always have to repeat 3 times. She not friendly. Very annoyed card only. They sold a Acai bowl today 09/01/2022 with old strawberries. The manager didn't seem to careeither. Worse Jamba Juice ever.

No manager at all to give us a refund, stressed out overworked staff. Online ordering is missing many items that they sell in person. Not a good Jamba juice location.
