Dunkin' - Hayward

Ive been there few times since they put in the automated kiosks, they've been rude to anyone whoever didn't want to use the kiosks. If they want to automate everything, they can sell donuts to robots.Kiosk itself was polite, didn't give us any attitude.

I came here at 5:20. At that moment, there were 0 donuts and 2 muffins left. I would completely understand if a customer shows up at 5:55pm. But with 40 minutes left? And not only was their nothing to buy but they were cleaning all the racks and closing the inside dining.If I didn 't know any better, I would think that the staff was closing down 30 minutes early. Management, if you don 't believe me, check your cameras and watch your staff close early.If you 're ok with your staff closing 40 minutes early, then enjoy going down the same road as Fuddruckers, Hooter 's and every other crappy franchise that hires lazy staff members.Don 't worry, when the hours sign I posted is replaced with For Lease , remember my review.

Hours of business stated in google as 4:30am to open, 4:53am now and the store is not open. Driving away.

First time here yesterday and I ordered some blueberry donut holes, two old fashioned cake donuts, a small hot latte, and a medium hot cocoa mocha signature latte. I was mistakenly rung up for an iced cocoa mocha latte, and when I informed the lady who was making the drinks (a different person took my order), she was very nice and apologetic about it. There were only two people behind the counter, and I was very calm about everything because of the wonderful customer service I received and on top of that, I know how hard it is to work at a place that is over staffed. Will come back here next time I or my family have a donut craving!

I used to love coming here but something has changed! The last couple of years there was a consistent group of younger people working who provided amazing customer service and did a great job on the food and drinks. I no longer see any of those workers and the food and drinks have gone downhill. Today my iced coffee had melted ice in it (how? and was so pale in color it was no surprise I couldn't taste any coffee in it... just watered down creamer. Truly disappointing. This is the closest location to us so I hope it improves!
