Burger King - Hayward

Went through the Drive thru waited 10mins, rude, no lid on drink, thank goodness my fries burger were HOT.

Ordered fish burger and mozzarella sticks and everything was old been sitting under the hit light and served to me. They lucky it was bad traffic yesterday or I would of got a refund. Check your food befor you leave only thing that I was able to eat was my slushie.

I drive all the way here because for sure my foowill hot and fresh...there's another 1 like 5 min from my house food nd fries specially fries are kinda

Food is nice. Service is ok. But, you as a customer, are not allowed to use the restroom.

Place is extremely dirty, employees dont wash their hands after using the restroom (witnessed it myself), and extremely rude and disrespectful. Especially the manager jose do NOT go there?️?️
