Traveling through on a long trip, ưe happened upon Paisley Pair. Good service, excellent atmosphere. They executed their menu really well. The menu was not large, and I found myself wanting some kind of vegetable side, but that's only a minor quibble. What they did was really good.

This was my first visit to the Paisley Pear in Hays. I've heard so many good things about it and would have to say it was even better than expected! The quaint decor made me feel as if I was back in one of the unique bistros in Denver (which I sincerely miss). The service was top-notch and the food delicious — you just have to try their flatbread pizza! Will definitely return on my future trips to Hays!
