Xic Lo is famous for its pho, but there are so many delicious Vietnamese dishes that no one tries, it seems unfair to limit the discussion

Have been a regular at the Haymarket store and theyve since moved into Chatswood. Thankfully have pinpointed them and am glad to review. Food is as good as always and service has been consistently better. Highly recommend bowl of pho bo (beef with rice noodles)...or the sugarcane prawn with vermicelli in summer

This was the best Vietnamese food in the Chinatown area more designed for western palate

Now only in Chatswood ... but we still make the drive as their rolled beef and tomato rice is to die for!! Don't expect plush or atmospheric (one rung up from cafeteria) but great taste and good value. You get free jasmine tea with your...meals. Wished they still had the Haymarket premises (hint hint). Its the kind of food you get cravings for weeks after you've eaten it
