Ming hai is a cantonese restaurant in haymarket that serves typical hong Kong food. there were ipads in the restaurant that allowed them to order food, but these tablets hang almost as long as I was there. / I have tried her brown and her roasted joys. Oh, my God, the congee is as diluted as water and I think everyone young can cook better. the roasted joys see and taste more like muddy joys. avoid them at all costs!
On his day this drab little place opposite paddys has the best bratpork in chinatown. check the piece in the window when it looks thin crispy, go for it. I have never bought anything here, but 4.0 for the bratpork. They know how in the restaurants they pay for 'crispy pork belly' dishes more often than not the skin is hard chewing gum. Neat little touchscreen adjustment system from her table to the kitchen. decor is 80's Chinese laminated radio. duck, pork and chicken dishes are all pretty good.
