Hisshou Teppanyaki - Haymarket

The best thing I have to write about was our host Jessica. She really looked after us (our friends train was delayed) and it was my friends bday. She organised a cake for us and continuously came and checked that we were okay. She is...the reason I would come back again!

Lots of fun! Recently had dinner here with my adult children. We had the $57 per head banquet which had a good variety, prawns, chicken and beef. Our chef was very entertaining and we had lots of laughs! We highly recommend!

If you have Uber to a Teppanyaki, then this one is good to start. The warming welcome, the ambiance, the drink, the food... all are nice. Better to come as a group. It is noisy but you come for that. Even birthday can be celebrate... children or adults). The place is convenient for kids. The toilet are clean, which for me is a good sign for a restaurant. In the menu there are meat and seafood. I guess the best moment especially for kids is the attraction with the cooker: I can’t tell more but it is globally a nice experience

We were celebrating a work anniversary and decided on Teppanyaki, although there was only 2 of us we were put at a table with some US tourists and everyone had a great night. We were at one end of the table so had our own...seating area, but it was impossible not to join in and have fun with everyone at the table. The food was well cooked and presented, delicous and of very good quality. The chef was very entertaining and the waitress was attentive and very helpful. Altogether a very enjoyable night.

Ena and I had a great time together. This was our first time trying teppenyaki, and it did not disappoint. Our chef, Aki, was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection, and he was very entertaining and friendly. The games that we played were loads of...fun. Jessica was our hostess for the evening, and she was an absolute delight from the moment we walked in. She treated Ena and I with such enthusiasm and good humour. And very attentive. Our cold water was being replenished constantly...sometimes even before we were in need of more. Her sense of fun and good humour was infectious. Thankyou, Jessica. Such a lovely evening and a great experience. I can quite honestly say that I have never had so much fun having a meal.
