Food is good, Services is good, but fresh beef ball was out of stock and the table look damaged. Single pot was limited to table arrangement. Pay cash will get more discount, but we don't have. Sigh

The food was great, the beef was fresh and the hot pot was good. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a table, though we made a reservation, which is quite ridiculous.

I'll call her number to tell them I might be late. But they said they didn't open today. So why I could book the table online if it closed? It doesn't make any sense.

Restaurant not able to find my bookings first. Secondly, the few foods that were already sold out came when the hot pot first came and the food came so later and also something I ordered was missing. When I asked waitress, she told me when I ordered the food that was just sold out. But if we pay the bill for it again, I must remind them that the food I ordered was sold out. Not very good experience compared to the last time I was here.
