Papa Johns Pizza - Hayes

Ordered on the app, cheaper than the other usual ones. The veggies tasted a lot fresher, all in all an excellent experience!

In my opinion, Papa Johns is the best take-out pizza chain. I have always found these pizzas to be made better than most other Papa Johns locations. I placed an online order for a specific pickup time, but arrived early. The staff here saw this and made my pizzas fresh such that I did not have to keep waiting. As I had my baby son with me, they even offered to carry my order to my car.

We tried the new pizza bowls and they were good. It's nice to have a low carb option. The price was high. The staff was more interested in joking with each other than helping. Dietary restrictions: Keto

This store is clearly mismanaged by Jason. Everything was going great, we order at least twice a month and tip the drivers with cash. Today Jason the manager made our life a living hell. The driver was calling me repeatedly because he was lost. This completely confused me, up to this point there had not been an issue finding our house. The driver kept asking me where he was, I said I had no idea. This threw Jason store manager into a rage, screaming, yelling, swearing and an all-out temper tantrum. Jason referred that I was constantly complaining and called the store all the time. I had never spoken with Jason until this time when his driver had been lost for 30 minutes while contacting me over 15 times asking where he was.
