The Yearling - Hawthorne

Great place. Neat interior and unusual dinner options. Not your every other restaurant. And they only serve prime meat.

I am so glad we went. Looking forward to going again. We loved.

We decided to visit via cross creek on the boat. Great location, the staff were very friendly. We have the grouper, cheese grits and fries which was amazing!

It's like a museum. There's millions of old books and old artifacts to look at and it's not just about the yearling ,There are so many other things and different sections of the restaurant /museum I could have spent hours there just browsing around And reading old books. I could be there for days , beautiful drive and a very old town. Great experience

Always delicious food and the best atmosphere. Their cabins are great too!!
