Bbq Night - Hawaiian Gardens

I used to come here years ago back when it was 22.99 a person and that was a good price. But since then the quality of the meat is mediocre and they price is now $30 per person. Absolutely not worth it. Plenty of other places that are cheaper with better meat and better ambiance.

I cannot review the food, as it was not available for takeout, even though it lists on this page. I cannot review the service as 1 person will not be seated, as they are too busy to give a table for 1. I won't be going back as qas suggested, by the rude hostess, as I was only in town for 1 more day, as I have other plans. I do recommend Yummy China across the parking lot. I gave them 14 of 15 stars. The dining room was a bit plain, but very clean. Very polite service, fast preparation of delicious food at Yummy China!

Tonight my family and I dined at this location. This is not the only time we 've visited here to have dinner. Tonight particularly I ordered the same thing that i always get which is the beef bulgogi. That is the only protein that I like and order. Tonight I ordered my first round of beef bulgogi. The beef was so tough It was hard to chew. I tried other pieces to be sure that it wasn 't just a portion of the beef that was tough. I let my waitress know and she stated she would bring me another round to see if that would be better. As my husband is cooking his meat. I waited to retry the beef bulgogi. AGAIN still tough. Hard to chew. I let the waitress know if she can get the manager so that they can fix the bill and charge for one meal since i did not eat anything. I do not eat the sides and didn 't touch my rice since I was waiting to eat with my meat. Our waitress was nice and she spoke with the manager to see if my charge can be removed since she saw I did not finish both rounds of meat. The waitress came back and apologized stating my manager said she can 't fix the bill I proceeded to ask why? I asked if she can have the manager come speak with me the waitress came back and said the manager doesn 't want to come over and cannot change the bill because i sat down already. My husband did not want to go back n forth with the waitress because it wasn 't her fault but for the manager to refuse to come to our table but can go to the register and charge our credit card is upsetting. We will no longer return to this location because of the lack of customer service and greed!

Beautiful small picturesque ambience restaurant for Korean BBQ. Essen was good server Paul was excellent. Had a party of 12. Get nothing but good comments about the restaurant and service.

My favorite spot for KBBQ. Meat is high quality, Korean side dishes are traditional and delicious. This place even includes sliced garlic (not too many spots offer this) service is superb, never had an issue. And of course they finish everything off with free ice cream. If you are looking for a KBBQ like it used to be back in the days, this is the spot.
