Starbucks Coffee - Havering

Large coffee as always! good air conditioning, ideal on a hot sunny day.

I am giving 5 stars because of the amazing staff at this restaurant. The area manager has listed the opening time as 6AM, but in reality, they don't start serving until 6.30AM. This can be frustrating for employees. Despite this, they maintain a positive attitude. I placed an order through the app at 6AM and waited outside, only to be informed by Andrea that they wouldn't be opening for another half hour. Andrea invited me inside to wait, and Fiaq went above and beyond by making my drinks on his own unpaid time. The service at this branch is exceptional compared to the unfriendly and cold service at the Liberty centre branch. I will always come back to this location and will never return to the other branch. The staff here, especially Abby and the red-haired boy, deserve recognition and better pay. I urge the area manager to nurture their great spirit, consider promoting them to managers, and update the opening hours on the website.

I just needed to share this, my 12 year old son visited this shop yesterday and left his phone, zip card and £35 pounds there, he thought he'd lost them forever, today I tried calling the phone as it was flat, and I believe it was the manager at Starbucks answered he said he charged the phone and was waiting for someone to call, I collected the phone, zip card and the full £35 he had left, just wanted to say what good honest staff they have there, they are a credit to the company

Always such a lovely atmosphere with a really relaxed and friendly environment. Clean and staff are always very polite and happy to help.

Good service with nice coffee. I like to go here with friend. Love all summer time drinks and snacks
