Bidrage med feedbackHe said his name was Mario but he was not wearing a badge so who knows. He said, huh in response to my order. Told me I would have to come in to order what I wanted. Said o would have to come in to speak to a manager as well. I said that would take 30minutes to get out of line and he said he didn't know what to tell me because they are busy and understaffed. I Finnair get amanager who is able to take my order. I get to the window and he's singing or talking on his blue tooth and hands me the good.He gave me a though instead of a breast. I told him and he huffed at me and rolled his eyes and went and got another piece. Iasked for my receipt because I don't feel comfortable with this person and he tells me they don't have any. He gave me ANOTHEReven though I paid for the b.reast.. I was irritated with him and just couldn't deal with him anymore so I left it alone. Fastfood should not be an event that raises your blood pressure. This kid has no business working a window.
The drive thru staff need more training. Order one thing, and the bag they hand out is completely different from what u order. The same person takes the order, and hands it out. You would think they could double check at least.
This is the most disrespectful, disgusting, and unprofessional establishment I have ever visited. I waited 25 minutes inside for an eight-piece bucket with two sides, and the drive-thru line was endlessly long. After such a long wait, my food was cold, and the staff's hygiene was appalling—no one was friendly at all! I observed a gentleman come from the back wearing gloves, go out front to get a drink, and then return to the back without changing his gloves. It was incredibly unappetizing.
I was served by a short Spanish woman with tattoos who seemed to forget my order. She made no eye contact and didn’t seem to care that I was waiting for my food. To make matters worse, she gave me the wrong size chicken pieces. If I had treated her the same way, I would expect a confrontation. The service was poor, with a lack of attention to detail and no accountability for mistakes. Overall, not a quality employee. Perhaps we should look for more individuals who prioritize customer service.
This experience was quite the contrast. The food, especially the chicken at KFC, was absolutely delicious—scrumptious, in fact. The rolls, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes were also fantastic. However, the drive-through was chaotic; it was packed with people, and I saw individuals in old Honda motorcycles and Subarus trying to cut in line. Despite the madness, I had a great experience overall. The employees deserve to be paid double for their hard work!
