Josephs Gourmet Pasta Sauses

I've been serving these wonderful pasta's for 25 years starting in the White House Military Office and at Camp David! They pair up well with handmade sauces and gravy and YES, I still make my own pasta also! I love Joseph's.

This business is located in my neighborhood, and unfortunately, they have been a terrible neighbor. They do not clear the snow from the sidewalk in front of their establishment; in fact, they even plow snow from their parking lot onto the sidewalk. Additionally, their delivery trucks frequently block traffic and park on the sidewalk near a school, forcing children to walk in the street, which is extremely dangerous. I've also seen delivery drivers yelling at people trying to navigate around them. I hope the city takes action to ensure they comply with community laws, especially considering they likely receive significant tax breaks.

I had the opportunity to tour the facility, and I am truly impressed by the level of organization, the safety measures implemented for Covid-19, and the overall cleanliness.
