I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to an employee who works on Tuesdays. She is a tall woman with blonde hair and was very rude to us. After I repeated my order several times, she abruptly yelled that I needed to speak louder. Then, she walked away without completing my order. When another staff member asked her to finish taking my order, she appeared outraged, shoved the ice cream into my hand, and stormed off without offering an apology.
